We chatted to Euan about where our business plan is at and he gave us some useful things to think on:
- how much wrap paper do florists buy/use
- how is the paper used amongst other paper (do they use plastic - is there a paper alternative)?
- could we supply florists with the entire range of wrapping supplies?
- you could look into paper flowers as a possibility down the track that you make and sell as an alternative to fresh cut flowers
- can you get enough waste to satisfy paper demand?
We will go over these and try to address them in time for presentation next week.
