The first florist we visited was Juliette Florist. Karen (the owner) was very helpful with information and allowed us freedom to photograph as we wished. Her business is largely eco friendly aside from the plastic which flowers are bought wrapped in. Another use of plastic which is problematic is the thick plastic which bunches are delivered in as well as the plastic twine which holds bunches together (it was explained to us that they can't use string for this as it stretches).
